Technical Sales

Energenecs’ Technical Sales, Controls, Process, and Aftermarket teams work collaboratively through Full Plant Integration, emphasizing a unified approach to tackle even the most difficult challenges. By focusing on their collective strengths, leveraging close relationships with manufacturers, and applying deep engineering expertise, they deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions that optimize performance and reliability across entire facilities.

Controls: Automation and monitoring systems that are designed specifically for your operations that improve performance and  reduce downtime. You’ll also have a partner who understands your process and can support you from design through startup and beyond, helping you stay in control and ahead of potential issues.

Process: Working with a technical sales expert ensures you get the right equipment for your water or wastewater system—saving you time, money, and headaches. From choosing the right equipment to installation support and long-term service, it’s about making your system more efficient, reliable, and compliant.

Aftermarket: Energenecs’ aftermarket sales representatives manage the supply and support of replacement parts, field services, and system enhancements required beyond the initial equipment installation. Their role centers on diagnosing operational issues, recommending technical upgrades, and supplying components designed to optimize system performance and extend asset lifecycle.

SCADA Technicians

Our SCADA technicians have expertise in repairing and replacing communication equipment. They undertake the design of control systems and data acquisition monitoring applications as required. Our SCADA technicians are also proficient in handling diverse components such as VFDs, AC/DC motors, switchboards, and UPS backup systems and execute essential maintenance and repairs when necessary.

Field Service Team

With an Energenecs service technician, you’re gaining a trusted partner who knows your water or wastewater system inside and out. Our highly trained team has hands-on experience with the equipment we sell, install, and support, including pumps, samplers, controls, SCADA, and chemical feed systems. Project Management Team

Project Managers oversees the planning, design, and installation of control systems for water and wastewater treatment plants. Their responsibilities include ensuring projects stay on schedule, remain within budget, and comply with all necessary regulations. Working closely with engineering teams, Energenecs Project Managers helps keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.

Fabrication

Energenecs’ Fabrication Team, based in their UL-certified panel shop, specializes in assembling and wiring custom control panels for water and wastewater systems. Supported by CAD technicians and project managers, the team delivers precise schematics, detailed documentation, and accurate as-built layouts. The fabrication team ensures quality, efficiency, and reliable performance across every project.

CAD Electrical and Mechanical Drafting

Energenecs’ CAD electrical and mechanical drafting team transforms concepts into precise schematics and production-ready drawings that drive the fabrication of our UL-rated control panels.
